MAJOR PROJECT

This project involves creating a short video that combines surreal and fantasy elements, lasting around 30 seconds. My course mate, Izabella, and I will film different scenes in a green screen studio and then use Nuke to add special effects and 2D elements to the footage. The story revolves around a young girl who discovers a magical portal while she's in her living room. Curious and adventurous, she decides to enter this portal and explore a whole new world or dimension. Izabella will use a matte painting in Nuke, where we create and combine different images. I will also create the living room scene using Maya and Bridge, and then merge it with the filmed footage.
